The website transaction service menu is only for individual transactions and not for transactions on behalf of companies / foundations / organizations.
By registering and/or using this website, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a form of agreement set forth in a valid contract between the Consumer and ANTAM Logam Mulia. If a website user does not agree with any, part, or all of the contents of these terms & conditions, they are not permitted to use the transaction service menu on this website.
Usage Rules
By accessing and using this website, the Consumer has agreed to the applicable rules, terms and conditions and will provide data or documents correctly and completely in accordance with their true identity, namely:
- You must use a KTP (identity card) in the name of the account owner and are not permitted to use another person's KTP.
- If using a Tax ID, it must match the name on the KTP (you are not permitted to use another person's Tax ID or a different name, and you are not permitted to use a Tax ID in the name of a company / foundation / organization).
- If you do not have a personal Tax ID, the Tax ID field does not need to be filled in.
- Customers are required to fill in and sign a purchase order form for transactions above Rp 50.000.000 in accordance with KTP data and transaction value, and attach a copy/photo of the original KTP at the time of collection at the Gold LM Boutique or before the shipping process is carried out.
- Specifically for transactions with shipping service for transactions above Rp 50.000.000, Gold LM Boutique will send the purchase form document via WhatsApp/email.
- Within 7 calendar days, customers with shipping service transactions above Rp 50.000.000 are required to send back the purchase form to the selected Gold LM Boutique or via WhatsApp/email.
- If within 7 calendar days the customer does not send the purchase form document mentioned above, ANTAM Logam Mulia reserves the right to cancel the shipping process or not carry out product handover at the counter, and reserves the right to perform automatic buyback using the buyback price on the transaction date.
- Gold collection at all Boutiques can be done from D+1 to D+7 (Calendar Days) after the transaction and cannot be collected on the same day as the transaction. Collection is subject to Boutique operating hours.
- Antam Logam Mulia reserves the right to perform automatic buyback on products not collected by customers after the specified time has passed. The buyback value follows the buyback price on the purchase day. Antam Logam Mulia reserves the right to request the customer's bank account number for the buyback process.
Consumers are willing to show original documents such as KTP, Tax ID or other documents when ANTAM requires data confirmation before processing shipping or during product collection at Gold LM Boutique.
ANTAM reserves the right to refuse or cancel the shipping or product handover process if inconsistencies or differences in identity data are found without supporting transaction documents, for example between KTP, Tax ID data and bank account data.
Cancellation funds will be returned to the bank account that made the Virtual Account payment by attaching a refund form, bank transfer proof, and the account holder's KTP.
If there is any inconsistency in consumer data and/or misuse of data by the consumer or third party, it will be the full responsibility of the account owner consumer and shall release all claims or lawsuits against Antam (including business units, directors, management, and employees) from any claims or demands.

Restrictions
Trademarks, logos, illustrations, photography, images and graphics on this website and software are the property of PT ANTAM Tbk – Precious Metal Processing and Refining Business Unit. The use of these attributes by other parties in any form of copying, modifying, reproducing, selling or exploiting in any manner is prohibited without our permission.
Privacy
ANTAM maintains consumer privacy to the best of its ability and will only collect and use information for transaction purposes. ANTAM highly respects consumer privacy and protects personal information to the best of its ability.
ANTAM will only store name, address, phone number, email address, KTP Number and Tax ID upon registration to process purchases. ANTAM will not sell, rent or share consumer information with other parties except as stated below.
ANTAM will store consumer information for as long as needed or required by law. When visiting this website, consumers have anonymous status that ANTAM cannot identify unless logged in using their respective username and password.
Payment
Purchases through the website will be processed by ANTAM according to information provided by the consumer. Likewise, all information and notifications related to the purchase process will be communicated through the consumer's email address and/or phone number. The information provided must be accurate and consumers are required to notify ANTAM if there are any changes.
Consumers are required to make payments with the personal account that made the transaction, and are not permitted to make payments using accounts in the name of other parties.
Collection at Gold LM Boutique and Shipping
Consumers who choose to collect at Gold LM Boutique understand and agree to show original KTP and Tax ID documents and other supporting documents for document and consumer data verification. Collection at Gold LM Boutique can be done on D+1 working day after full payment is processed.
Consumers who choose shipping via courier understand and agree that the shipping process has an estimated D+2 to D+4 (working days) delivery time and is also influenced by the shipping route. Any issues that occur during the shipping process until the product is handed over by the courier are the full responsibility of the shipping service provider, and claim settlement by the shipping service provider for lost goods will be paid according to the gold price at the time of purchase.
All provisions regarding the shipping process are entirely under the authority of the shipping service provider.
Errors in writing the shipping location address or product recipient data on the website by the consumer will be the full responsibility of the consumer and not the responsibility of ANTAM Logam Mulia.
In the event of issues during the shipping process by the courier such as lost products, damaged products, etc., Consumers can report directly to the shipping service provider's customer service and/or Antam customer service within 1x24 hours of receipt time for investigation assistance by providing the tracking number (air way bill) and attaching a complete unboxing video without edits/pauses/cuts, product photos from all sides and photos of damaged or defective parts, and further investigation will be conducted and solutions will be promptly communicated to the customer by the shipping service provider.
By purchasing this product, Consumers agree that all damage, loss, etc. during the shipping process are the responsibility of the shipping service provider and consumers will release all claims or lawsuits against ANTAM Logam Mulia.
Transaction Cancellation
The transaction cancellation process with refund to the consumer's bank account will be carried out by ANTAM Logam Mulia within approximately 14 (fourteen) working days for partially paid transactions.
By completing full payment for the selected product, the consumer understands and agrees that the consumer cannot submit a transaction cancellation request and ANTAM Logam Mulia reserves the right to reject any transaction cancellation request.
Likewise, if payment has been made in full and there is an error in selecting the product collection location or product selection, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Subsequently, automatic physical gold buyback will be performed within 7 (seven) calendar days after the transaction using the physical gold buyback price at the time the documents are processed. This automatic physical gold buyback transaction will follow the prevailing physical gold buyback terms and prices at ANTAM Logam Mulia.
Information Disclosure
ANTAM may share consumer information with authorized Third Party Service Providers related to gold purchases, including third party couriers who will deliver our products to consumer addresses, third party SMS gateway service providers who will send information and notifications to consumer phone numbers, third party customer satisfaction survey service providers, and third party application system development service providers if there are issues. We encourage these third party service providers to act in accordance with our privacy policy at all times and endeavor them to adopt their own privacy policies.
ANTAM will also provide consumer information if required to authorities based on laws and regulations. In such situations, ANTAM will require cooperation from consumers to disclose personal information pursuant to court orders if disclosure of information can prevent threats to life or health, or for legal purposes.
Information Security
ANTAM ensures that collected consumer information will be stored securely by:
- Limiting access to consumer information,
- Managing, maintaining and updating our technology products to prevent access by parties outside the system, and
- Destroying related documents when no longer needed for retention purposes.
ANTAM is not responsible for the misuse of consumer passwords by third parties / other parties.

ANTAM reserves the right to make changes to website content including information regarding buy prices, buyback prices, and shipping costs at any time and without notice.
